**Description**:
Saje Natural Wellness is looking for a** Product Owner-eCommerce **to join the team. This role will work cross functionally to prioritize and deliver digital product from concept to launch. This role will be a combination of strategic and executional role to bridge the gap between business strategy and platform capabilities.

We are looking for someone who is a self-starter with solid eCommerce experience within a direct-to-consumer business, demonstrate a positive can-do attitude, work well in teams, and enjoy solving complex problems.

Through day to day functions, the **Product Owner-eCommerce** contributes to maintaining and strengthening Saje’s culture; proactively engaging in behaviours that align with Saje’s values: Wellness, Growth, Celebration, Greatness and Belonging.

**Responsibilities**:

- Understand the company long/short term goals in defining roadmap that aligns business needs with user insights to support company strategy.
- Make data-informed decisions based on a sound understanding of organizational priorities, customer feedback, analytics, benchmarks, industry reporting and emerging trends.
- Own delivery and iteration of product roadmap in collaboration with design and development team.
- Managing the operations of digital Privacy & Compliance in identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring any potential compliance risks involving Saje’s handling of data.
- Accountable for backlog prioritization and creation of user stories to capture requirements in detailed acceptance criteria format.
- Lead and participate in User Acceptance Testing of site features prior to release.
- Support research and vendor selection activities for website enhancements.
- Identify and test conversion rate optimization ideas on Saje website and communicate learnings to cross functional teams.
- Deliver post launch performance analysis and share out findings and recommendations on feature pivots and or enhancements.
- Ensure a continuous cycle of feedback from stakeholders and customers is integrated in the product planning and development process through backlog grooming, refinement and prioritization activities.
- Collaborate with development and design, and stakeholder team in identifying and aligning team on MVP product delivery approach.

**Applicant Requirements**
- 3+ years of experience in digital product delivery using agile methodology
- 2+ years of experience supporting compliance and monitoring of digital privacy practises
- Experience with Shopify Plus platform is considered an asset
- Data and privacy security certifications are considered an asset
- College degree or equivalent experience required
- Experience working directly with web development teams and strong familiarity with web/eCommerce technology
- Ability to communicate status/problems to team members and non-technical managers effectively
- You enjoy problem solving, and proactive in identifying the root cause of issues and developing solutions
- You effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
- Exceptional organization and time management skills with strong attention to detail
