**Position Overview**:
The **Ecommerce Product Manager **will be responsible for delivering a best-in-class digital experience for flair’s customers in the inspiration and booking phase of their travel journey across both web and app platforms. This will include maximizing overall conversion, increasing engagement, working with the ancillary revenue team to optimize revenue-generation and upsell throughout the booking flow, and fostering a spontaneous travel culture among flair’s customers by delivering inspirational content and platforms.
The **Ecommerce Product Manager **primary responsibility will be ownership of product design and product management with respect to inspiration and booking with a view to meeting flair’s revenue targets and delivering best-in-class digital experiences across both web and app platforms. This will include:
- Design a beautiful, compelling and easy-to-use user experience across all digital platforms.
- Develop innovative products within the web and app experience to inspire travel among flair’s customers, particularly with a view to fostering a spontaneous travel culture in Canada
- Close collaboration with the ancillary revenue team to ensure the best positioning of each ancillary product in the booking flow and throughout the customer journey to maximize upsell. Multi-variate A/B testing will form a key part of this optimization.
- Close collaboration with the marketing team to ensure flair’s web and app deliver the right messaging and a brand-enhancing experience.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to manage the development pipeline to ensure prioritization of the highest-value projects.
- Work closely with the UX/UI Manager & development team to ensure proper execution of the product roadmap.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred but equivalent work experience will be considered
- **
Experience**:
- 3+ years of experience in ecommerce product roles. Experience in roles within the airline or travel industry is a strong plus.
- **
Skills and Abilities**:
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (Kanban, SCRUM, etc.) and project management tools (Jira, Click up, Miro, etc.)
- Experience of delivering best-in-class digital experiences.
- Commercially-driven and able to transform data and ideas into concrete digital product actions.
- Strong sense of product and design & capacity to see opportunities and challenge the status quo.
- Proactive with a high sense of ownership.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the business to deliver results.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet tight timelines in an environment with a high volume of activity.
