**Overview**

**Duties**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate parties
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Utilize computerized systems for office operations
- Handle inquiries and provide information to clients or customers

**Qualifications**:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks
- Strong typing skills and experience with computerized systems
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist roles preferred
- Knowledge of phone systems and dental receptionist duties is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Proven administrative or clerical experience is advantageous
