NewDermaMed Cosmetic Surgery & Advanced Laser Clinic, a leading cosmetic clinic, is currently seeking receptionists to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a critical role in ensuring their experience at our clinic is top-notch.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage client files and update electronic medical records
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
