**Duties**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry
- Occasional drafting of correspondence
- Assist with organizing and coordinating office operations
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and faxes
- Maintain office supplies inventory

**Qualifications**:

- Experience as a receptionist, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Good people skills
- Ability to work well both self-sufficiently and within a team
- Ability to take initiative when the situation calls for it
- Experience in a personal injury firm is a plus
- Familiarity with Primafact is advantageous

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
