Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Perform account reconciliation and bank reconciliation tasks
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Perform payroll processing and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Prepare financial reports, including budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions using accounting software
- Provide general administrative support, such as answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
- Assist with data entry and filing of important documents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a book keeper
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., Sage)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

This is a part time to full-time position. To be negotiated.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sage: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Work Location: In person
