**Office Administrator/Assistant**

We are seeking an Office Administrator/ Assistant to support our Managing Director. The Office Administrator/ Assistant will be responsible for all aspects of the Managing Directors daily life. This includes organizing, filing, record keeping, accounting/bookkeeping, and general administrative tasks. The Office Administrator/ Assistant will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism in the workplace and be able to handle confidential information with discretion.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage office operations, including bookkeeping, and organizing files, making phone calls and reaching out to stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as requested by the Managing Director.
- Maintain an organized filing system for various files and documents in the office and outside of the company.
- Assist with other projects as requested by the Managing Director.
- Maintain a positive attitude towards colleagues and customers.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude toward colleagues and customers.
- Must be able to prioritize tasks accurately while juggling competing priorities in order to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Experience/ knowledge in Long-Term Care and or health care would be an asset.

Required to provide Vulnerable sector police check, Neg TB skin test.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
