**Position Summary**

**Major Duties & Responsibilities**
- Work with accounts to collect information pertaining to, and enter all, customer purchase orders
- Coordinate with the proper internal departments to ensure all customer orders are shipped accurately and on time
- Monitor the quality of the services being provided to customer accounts to ensure it meets or even surpasses the organization’s expectations
- Manage all account requests and general correspondence requirements (preparation of quotes, inventory inquiries, production status updates, etc.)
- Coordinate customer art requests and subsequent approvals when needed
- Coordinate approval of production packages when required with respective accounts and ensure the appropriate internal departments are informed
- Maintain accurate files regarding the history of each account and the status of all outstanding orders
- Submit order instructions to departments on a timely basis, contributing to the timely processing of the orders
- Prepare adjustments to customer’s invoices as necessary
- Investigate complaints and if unable to solve problem, advise Direct Report immediately
- Follow up all calls for service and inquiries within a 4-hour window, where situations would permit
- Duties are not limited to the above and may be revised as deemed necessary by the Direct Report from time to time

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bilingual (English/French)
- Post secondary degree or diploma in a related field
- Minimum of two years related customer service or sales experience preferably in the golf or sports
- Strong computer, organizational & communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving, multi-tasking & time-management skills
- An ambitious, professional and customer service-oriented individual with the ability to work effectively both independently and with others and thrives in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
