We're seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain top-notch service while efficiently managing our inventory processes. As a Customer Service Representative with inventory management experience, you will play a vital role in maintaining accurate inventory records, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring our customers have a positive interaction with our brand. You will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence in the luxury products industry.

**Primary responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests related to our products
- Managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, tracking product availability, and coordinating restocking activities to meet customer demand
- Assist customers in product selection, order placement, and post-purchase support
- Assist in the order fulfillment process as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers
- Update account status and database regularly
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Perform other duties as requested
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a product-related or luxury goods environment
- Prior experience in inventory management, stock control, or related roles is an asset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Meticulous and thorough in maintaining accurate records and ensuring order accuracy
- Empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Excellent follow-up and communication skills
- Working knowledge of MS Office and databases
- Ability to be polite and compassionate without lacking confidence
- A strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Must speak, read and write English fluently
- Ability to speak, read and write another language is preferred

**Education**
- Secondary Education or equivalent

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $22.00 per hour
