Work for a successful Property Management Company within Durham Region.
Area of Work: Durham Region (Whitby, Oshawa, Bowmanville, Ajax & Pickering). There may be some travel to Lindsay, Port Hope, Peterborough on very rare occasions. Must own vehicle and license, NOT OPTIONAL
**TENANT SERVICES COORDINATOR**
Stoneridge Property Management provides assistance to landlords within Durham Region and surrounding areas, for single family as well as multiple unit dwellings. We strive to always give the best service to our property owners and tenants. We have been in business since 2015 and continue to grow year after year.
The Tenant Services Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of tenant related property management functions.
The role could also involve some evening and weekend work if required for on site property emergencies.
- Highly organized, motivated; ability to track multiple projects at once to ensure tasks are completed
- Excellent customer service skills, ability to be personable and empathetic, but direct
- Ability to deal with multiple competing priorities
- Knowledge of Building Stack software is an asset
- Knowledge of Landlord and Tenant regulations an asset
- Knowledge of general maintenance to assist with coordinating repairs
- Disciplined and professional
**Responsibilities are**:
- Daily & Weekly; Co-ordinate the implementation of repairs and maintenance service calls in a customer service focused and timely manner by dispatching the appropriate service person. Monitor the progress and cost of work for property owners. Follow-up as necessary with service person to ensure work is completed.
- Monthly; complete move-in & move-out inspections. Note repairs needed and coordinate with owner/maintenance. Ensure keys are ready for next tenants.
- Monthly; add new tenants into Building Stack Software System
- Monthly; prepare and administer Landlord and Tenant Board forms on behalf of property owners to ensure late payments are documented, rental increases are communicated, etc. Also assist if needed with lease termination requests. (N4, N1, N5, N11, N9)
- Coordinate annual property inspections of all properties under management. Complete these inspections in coordination with the other teams. Update management team on progress on this responsibility.
- Assist with other administrative and ad-hoc tasks as they arise; delivery of tenant authorizations to properties, delivery of forms to properties, management projects, new client onboarding and others as assigned
- Ensure that terms of lease agreement are being met by both tenants and landlords.
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business activities to improve business acumen.

- Desk top computer or laptop with Internet connection - Windows platform
- Cell phone /Smart phone required for this role
Compensation:
- 2 weeks paid vacation yearly
**Salary**: $48,750.00 per year
