Reporting to the Manager of Projects, or designate, the Project Coordinator plays an essential role in project execution. This dynamic role is focused on working within the project management team in overall project performance including cost, schedule, safety, quality, planning, and communication.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, goals, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Utilize construction management software such as Bluebeam for project tracking
- Assist in blueprint reading, construction estimating, and reviewing schematics
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records
- Support the team in utilizing Civil 3D for project design and documentation
- Site administration activities, including tracking employees’ hours, consumables, equipment, KPIs etc.
- Creating project Purchase Order requisitions for approval, ensuring accuracy and timely submittal.
- Communicating plans, actions, risks, issues and updates with key stakeholders such as vendors, foremen, trades, superintendents and subcontractors.
- Fielding queries from external stakeholders and coordinating responses.
- Assisting in managing & Processing Projects Accounts receivables and Accounts payables to stay on track of project budgets
- Complete Job Billing functions, including reviewing and reconciling all Time and Material data sheets, Supplier invoices, Sub Contractor data sheets and Equipment Rentals
- Collating and Organizing data for various reports; maintain accurate, updated information on project cost/budgets within applicable databases
- Liaise with Project Management, Accounting, Payroll, Safety, in order to provide and receive required information
- Reviewing monthly quantities for approval by Owner for contract progress estimates and reconciling subcontractor & materials progress estimates.
- Developing reports on project budgets, cost reports & revenue forecasts and communicating to stakeholders
- Developing and maintaining a project schedule as required by the Project / Construction Manager.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry
- Proficiency in construction management software like Bluebeam
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading and construction estimating
- Familiarity with Civil 3D for project design is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project deadlines
