Oshawa, Canada Prism Property Management Full time

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist prospective tenants in touring the property and provide them with information about available units
- Conduct background checks and verify references of potential tenants
- Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documents are completed accurately
- Collect and process rental payments from tenants
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and rental payments
- Collaborate with property management team to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role preferred
- Proficiency in Yardi or similar property management software
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Excellent office organization and file management abilities
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants
- Sales skills to effectively negotiate lease terms and close deals
- Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
