Opening for a Personal Assistant Position

Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for the executives
- Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing materials
- Conduct research and compile information for various projects and initiatives
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking progress and deadlines
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Act as a liaison between the executives and other departments within the company
- Other duties as assigned by the executives.Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role
- Proven experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
- Proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives
