**Position Overview**:
**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, managing all communications and interactions with external parties;
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the CEO's personal and professional life, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and personal errands;
- Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, ensuring all appointments and meetings are prioritized and arranged efficiently;
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism;
- Coordinate with general contractors and other service providers for personal and professional projects;
- Assist with the planning and execution of personal events and engagements;
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and documents as required;
- Anticipate the CEO's needs and proactively address them, ensuring a smooth and productive workflow;
- Handle various ad hoc tasks and projects to support the CEO in achieving their goals.
**Skills & Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role;
- Experience with general contracting is highly desirable;
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure;
- High level of discretion and confidentiality;
- Functional bilingualism;
- Valid driver's license;
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite, Google Workspace);
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing needs and schedules;
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset;

- Agir en tant que point de contact principal pour le PDG, en gérant toutes les communications et interactions avec les parties externes;
- Superviser et coordonner tous les aspects de la vie personnelle et professionnelle du PDG, y compris la planification, les arrangements de voyage et les courses personnelles;
- Gérer et organiser l'agenda du PDG, en veillant à ce que tous les rendez-vous et réunions soient priorisés et organisés de manière efficace;
- Manipuler des informations confidentielles et sensibles avec la plus grande discrétion et professionnalisme;
- Coordonner avec des entrepreneurs généraux et d'autres prestataires de services pour des projets personnels et professionnels;
- Assister à la planification et à l'exécution d'événements et d'engagements personnels;
- Préparer et gérer la correspondance, les rapports et les documents selon les besoins;
- Anticiper les besoins du PDG et les aborder de manière proactive, garantissant un flux de travail fluide et productif;
- Gérer diverses tâches et projets ad hoc pour soutenir le PDG dans la réalisation de ses objectifs.
**Compétences et exigences**:
- Expérience avérée en tant qu'Assistant Personnel, Assistant Exécutif ou dans un rôle similaire;
- Une expérience en entrepreneuriat général est fortement souhaitée;
- Compétences exceptionnelles en organisation et en gestion du temps;
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles;
- Capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément et à travailler sous pression;
- Niveau élevé de discrétion et de confidentialité;
- Bilinguisme fonctionnel;
- Permis de conduire valide;
- Maîtrise des logiciels bureautiques (par exemple, MS Office Suite, Google Workspace);
- Flexibilité pour travailler dans un environnement hybride et s'adapter aux besoins et horaires changeants;
- Esprit proactif et orienté vers la résolution de problèmes.
