The primary duties of the incumbent will be to look after the professional and personal needs of the President. She will be responsible for organizing and reconciling the various professional and family aspects of the President and, if necessary, the Executive Committee. This may include coordinating family activities, managing appointments, and helping with the management of personal and professional affairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

**Professional Activities**:

- Scheduling Management: Organize and manage the executive's calendar, plan meetings, appointments and business trips while optimizing your schedule;
- Document Preparation: Write, review, and format documents such as reports, presentations, memos, and other business documents. Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information;
- Event Organization: Coordinate and organize internal and external events, including meetings, seminars, and business lunches;
- Travel Management: Organize business travel, including booking flights, accommodation, and transportation, ensuring executive efficiency and comfort;
- Expense Management: Track and manage business expenses, prepare expense reports as needed, and ensure compliance with company policies.

**Personal Activities**:

- Schedule management:

- Organize travel according to the personal calendar provided, schedule medical appointments, school appointments, and other personal appointments while optimizing the schedule with the constraints of the professional agenda;
- Organize childcare and supervised travel activities (taxi or other) for the president's family members and have reliable resources (daycare, tutoring, school trips).
- Management of Family Needs:

- Organize and supervise the organization of personal activities or events.
- Communication:

- Be a resource.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Hold a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) with an appropriate option or a
Secondary School Diploma (SSD) or a diploma or attestation of studies whose equivalence is
recognized by the competent authority.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS
- Previous experience as a personal administrative or executive assistant;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience is required;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Mastery of computer tools;
- Ability to multi-task with great attention to detail;
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality;
- Demonstrate a high level of rigour;
- Be patient and diplomatic;
- Be creative and able to propose solutions;
- Available on a schedule that can be variable, sometimes on weekends depending on the calendar of activities.
