In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing invoicing for both our direct clients and our reseller network, as well as providing essential support in office management.

- $50,000 - $60,000 annual salary
**Responsibilities**:
**Invoicing**
- Collaborate closely with our Sales and Success teams, as well as our reseller network, to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Work with our resellers on upcoming renewals and price changes.
- Serve as the point of contact for direct clients and resellers for invoicing related inquiries.
**Partner Operations Management**
- Monthly billing review/coordination for enterprise level partnerships
**Office Operations**
- Assist in managing office operations, including overseeing vendors, managing office supplies, setting up office equipment.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to secure necessary resources and services for the company's operations.
**Required Skills and Experience**:
- Degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting/office management role.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify issues, assess data, and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational and effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with employees, stakeholders, and clients.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment, work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HubSpot and QBO, a plus
