**The main responsibilities of this position are but not limited to the following**:

- Visitors: o Acknowledging visitors to the office upon their arrival and advising the appropriate person.
- Mail: o Receive & sign for (if applicable) incoming mail and direct to the appropriate person. o Dispatch outgoing mail o Create waybills and labels for outgoing courier deliveries and arrange for pick up with courier company o Creating and updating of client address labels used for various mailings throughout the year o Advising appropriate people of changes to client information
Cheques for clients: o Copy and scan cheques to the appropriate files o Mail cheques to clients
- Databases: o Accurately indexing/updating information in the appropriate databases
- Office Calendar: o Maintain Office calendar in Outlook accurately
- Stationary & Office Supplies: o Verify that there are sufficient supplies for the operation of the office - stationary, business cards, kitchen, cleaning, etc. on an ongoing basis o Ordering of supplies via the appropriate supplier - Costco, Grand & Toy,
Staples, etc. o Confirming order upon receipt and putting away the order
- T1 Splits: o Together with the Administrative Assistant - Filing Clerk prepare T1s files for archiving
- Client Correspondence: o Preparation of Trotter Tax Letter and distribute to staff and clients o Preparation and dispatch of T1 Letters o Maintain T183 forms
- Coordinating and setting up of PD courses and other webinars for staff
- Recording of billable work in Practice Management
- During “Tax Season” together with the Administrative Assistant - File Clerk manage the scanning, filing and dispatch of NOAs and NORs.
- General office duties
- Other duties as required and/or requested

**Salary**: $14.00-$20.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richmond Hill, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
