**Supervisor Responsibilities**
This job has mínimal supervisorial responsibilities, limited to leading and motivating a team within a work area(s) to accomplish the assigned duties.
**Mission Statement**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Controls assigned company funds and communicates all questionable transactions or discrepancies to the manager
- Verifies, records and witnesses cash deposits amounts turned in by associates
- Completes applicable documentation accurately and according to corporate policies and procedures and ensure compliance by associates in cash handling roles
- Orders, maintains and distributes change according to event day needs
- Performs coin and skim runs of assigned areas efficiently and safely
- Accurately maintain and update reports including, but not limited to, coupon tracking, cash files using system control reports, cash variance tracking.
- Communicate with concession managers regarding cashier variances and follow up when actions are required
- All other tasks as delegated by manager.
**Physical Demands**
Ability to lift and carry up to 40 pounds; ability to push/pull up to 50 pounds. Proper lifting techniques is a must. Employees are expected to get help if needed.
Frequent periods of standing and walking are required; employees are encouraged to stretch as needed.
Frequent use of stairs is required; elevator accessibility is limited to accommodating clients and staff with mobility and accessibility needs. Please speak with manager if you require accommodations.
The stadium environment is a larger site, and tends to involve higher physical demands on event days.
Please note this stadium is a loud environment on event days. Hearing protection may be available - ask your supervisor.

**Language Skills**
- French is considered an asset; but is not mandatory.
**Qualifications**
- Must have 1 year experience
- Must be bondable, and pass an employer administered background check.
- Must be able to demonstrate moderate computer skills in the Microsoft Office suite, and general computer literacy.
- Accounting education or experience considered an asset.
- Smart Serve certification is considered an asset.
- Ability to multi-task in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency.
- Must be able to work events as scheduled, including nights, weekends and holidays
- Must complete all mandatory training. Failure to complete can result in disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
**Job Type**: Part-time
