**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This is a team-oriented role providing assistance to the Client Services/Accounts team in support of a variety of key agency clients.

The responsibilities of the role include:

- Coordination of deliverables of advertising projects
- Assisting in the preparation of client presentations, meeting agendas, briefs, and media plans
- Scheduling and tracking of timelines
- Assisting in the preparation and tracking of budgets
- Vendor sourcing and coordination
- Assisting with Media bookings, ad trafficking
- Proofing and quality control
- Coordination with internal team members
- Research
- Scheduling and posting to social media accounts
- Assisting the General Manager with coordination related to agency operations and functions
- Attending client meetings and events with members of the Blackiron team.

**DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- A minimum of 1 year experience at an Advertising Agency or an in-house marketing department.
- University and/or College Education in related field
- Bilingual (French/English) is a definite asset
- Real Estate, Tourism, Sports, Entertainment, and Casino marketing experience is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and professional presentation.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience in project management and scheduling daily tasks.
- Experience communicating directly with clients
- Experience with media planning and implementation is a definite asset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong computer skills (Google Drive suite, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) - Mac
- Valid Driver’s License & Vehicle is an asset
- Located in the Ottawa area or be willing to relocate
