Accounting and Administrative Coordinator

Boyer & Boyer, CPA is seeking a skilled Accounting and Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide support in various administrative and accounting tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify applications, receipts, and other documents
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, both physically and electronically
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including preparing invoices and bank deposits
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to client inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, including financial data and operating expenses
Requirements
  • Bilingualism in English and French
  • College or CEGEP education
  • 1-6 months of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
  • Accounting software knowledge, including Xero
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
