Responsabilités:

- Assurer le marketing des produits d’assurance-vie individuelle auprès de l’effectif de vente
- Fournir à l’effectif de vente du soutien en matière de ventes et de formation dans le domaine de l’assurance-vie
- Élaborer et présenter des exposés pour promouvoir des produits, des services et des avantages concurrentiels
- Mettre en œuvre des programmes de formation progressive en assurance en vue de la formation des représentants nouvellement accrédités en assurance-vie
- Faire croître les ventes en assurance-vie conformément aux objectifs de participation et de productivité établis pour le Québec et la région de l’Atlantique
- Comprendre les activités des représentants en vue de soutenir les activités liées aux ventes, au marketing et aux solutions en matière de ventes
- Communiquer avec les leaders chevronnés des services extérieurs et leur équipe pour mettre en œuvre une culture de prospection et de ventes en assurance-vie
- Aider à la mise au point, au test et au lancement de nouveaux produits et caractéristiques ainsi que de nouveaux outils de ventes
- Communiquer les changements et les améliorations apportés aux produits et aux processus par l’entremise de présentations formelles, de webinaires, de conférences téléphoniques et de documents imprimés
- Surveiller les tendances et les objectifs en matière de produits et évaluer l’efficacité du processus
- Assurer la coordination avec les services administratifs en ce qui a trait aux produits et aux programmes de formation en assurance-vie
- Coordonner les rencontres liées aux produits, les documents marketing et les programmes de reconnaissance
- Prêter main forte dans le cadre des programmes d’accréditation et des incitatifs destinés aux représentants pour faire croître la taille de l’effectif de ventes
- Aider le directeur national des ventes d’assurance-vie dans tous les aspects liés au marketing de l’assurance-vie
- Diverses tâches liées au marketing de l’assurance-vie, selon les besoins

Qualifications:

- Bilingue (anglais et français)
- Excellente connaissance et vaste expérience dans le secteur de l’assurance-vie individuelle
- Détention d’un permis d’assurance-vie ou être prêt(e) à l’obtenir dans un délai de six mois suivant la date d’embauche
- Baccalauréat en administration des affaires ou en marketing, ou expérience équivalente en entreprise
- Capacité de travailler en dehors des heures de bureau, y compris les soirs et les fins de semaine
- Excellente capacité à s'exprimer en public et excellentes compétences interpersonnelles et analytiques
- Compétences dans l’élaboration et la présentation de communications, d’exposés et de programmes de formation
- Aptitude manifeste à gérer plusieurs priorités et projets
- Esprit d’initiative et très bon esprit d’équipe
- Solide connaissance de MS Office (Excel, Word et PowerPoint)
- Être disposé(e) à voyager lors des événements des services extérieurs, s’il y a lieu

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver product marketing of Individual Life Insurance to our sales force
- Provide our sales force with sales and training support in life insurance
- Create and deliver effective sales presentations to promote products, services and competitive advantages
- Execute progressive insurance training programs in development of newly life licensed agents
- Grow life insurance sales with established participation and productivity goals in Quebec and the Atlantic region.
- Integrate understanding of agent activity to support sales efforts, marketing and sales solutions
- Communicate with senior field leaders and their teams to establish a culture of life insurance prospecting and sales
- Assist in development, testing and launch of new products, features and sales tools
- Coordinate product/process changes and enhancements via formal presentations, webinars, conference calls and print materials
- Monitor product trends and goals and evaluate process efficiencies
- Liaison with administration departments regarding life insurance products and programs
- Coordinate product meeting events, marketing materials and recognition programs
- Support agent licensing programs and incentives to grow sales force size
- Assist Life National Sales Manager in all aspects of life insurance marketing
- Varied life insurance marketing efforts as required

Qualifications:

- Bilingual in English and French required
- Extensive Individual Life Insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Current life insurance license or willing to obtain within six months of hire
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent business experience
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends
- Excellent public speaking, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Competence in developing and delivering communications/pr
