**REGIONAL SALES ASSISTANT**
Summary of the Position:
- The Regional Sales Assistant (RSA) provides administrative/organizational support for the Regional Sales Manager(s) (RSM) for a specified Canadian Territory. The RSA thrives on challenges and continuous learning, in a rapidly-growing, fast-paced organization. This administrative, inside sales support function is a critical component to the growth of the territory.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, check inventory, monitor back orders, input, and provide quotations, order entry, delivery, and invoicing to respective dealers **using SAP software.**:
- Input all customer-related data into CRM system on a daily basis.
- AR Follow up on overdue accounts.
- Ensure all dealer accounts have sufficient and current credit coverage with external companywide credit insurance.
- Recommend and implement improvements to sales/marketing/administrative procedures/processes.
Qualifications/Experience Required:
- Minimum 3 years’ Administrative/Organizational or, Inside Sales Support Experience within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Detail-oriented; proactive; possessing very strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent prioritization; multi-tasking; & follow-up skills.
- Positive/enthusiastic attitude when speaking with potential customers over the phone.
- Adept at inputting large amounts of data.
- Competitive spirit; enjoys setting goals and achieving them
- Excellent technical skills in Word; Excel; PowerPoint; & Outlook.
- Effective media/internet research techniques.
- Knowledgeable on SAP standard SD module transactions is a must.
- Working knowledge of CRM Salesforce system preferred.
- Fully fluent in English, French is a definite asset.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $62,000.00 per year
