Regional Sales Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional sales goals.
- Identifying, developing and closing broker teams, experienced producers and new to the industry agents.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
**Experience**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a relevant industry.
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and data analysis.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.

Pay: $80,500.00-$146,900.00 per year
