**What YOU Will Do**

Sous la supervision du Directeur Qualité, le responsable qualité devra assumer les tâches d’assurance et contrôle de la qualité sur le chantier afin de voir au respect du plan qualité du projet de construction.

Tâches à haut rendement- Assurer le lien entre l’entrepreneur, le maître d’ouvrage et les sous-traitants en ce qui concerne les enjeux en qualité;
- Dispose de l’autorité nécessaire pour:

- Identifier les problèmes qualité et les déviations au système d’assurance qualité;
- Retarder lorsque requis, des activités en cours qui sont en contradiction avec les documents qualité;
- Mettre en œuvre, recommander et fournir des solutions aux problèmes rencontrés;
- S’assurer à la suite de la détection d’un problème, que les opérations effectuées sont contrôlées jusqu’à la solution complète de celui-ci;
Tâches et responsabilités spécifiques- Effectuer le suivi des correspondances QRT(questions/réponses/techniques) auprès des professionnels et des sous-traitants;
- Gérer et vérifier la conformité des dessins d’atelier et autres documents techniques soumis;
- Préparer les procédures d’exécution nécessaires au projet et faire le suivi des méthodes proposées par les sous-traitants;
- Réaliser et coordonner des inspections avec les différents intervenants requis et ce, de façon indépendante en accord avec les PIE;
- Valider les enregistrements relatifs à la qualité et en assurer le suivi;
- Rédiger et assurer le suivi des non-conformités et des actions correctives;
- Proposer en collaboration avec le surintendant et les sous-traitants, des solutions aux non-conformités soulevées;
- Compiler et interpréter les données et statistiques sur les non-conformités;
- Superviser le relevé des déficiences et faire le suivi des actions correctives;
- S’assurer du maintien à jour les dessins tels que construits du projet.

**What YOU Will Bring**
- Être titulaire d’un baccalauréat ou d’une technique en génie de la construction ou architecture;
- Avoir une expérience pertinente dans le domaine de la construction et en gestion de la qualité;
- Avoir travaillé sur des projets HQ ou MTQ est un atout;
- Avoir une connaissance des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office;
- Posséder une excellente capacité d’analyse et de communication;
- Avoir un intérêt marqué pour les projets de génie civil;
- Minutie et rigueur;
- Mobilité géographique.
