Supervisor - Client Relationship Management

The core of our business activity is managing the Quality & Safety Alliance for Inflight Services (“**QSAI**”) Programme, an internationally-recognized inflight catering audit programme, developed by MQ in collaboration with major Airline & Railways partners. The current QSAI membership includes Air Canada, Air France, Delta Airlines, WestJet, All Nippon Airways, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Virgin Atlantic Airways and more.
Through your experience at MQ, you will become an expert in the field, at the forefront of transforming the industry in the hopes for us all to care for people more.
The person in this position will be:
- Primarily responsible for ensuring the fulfillment of Medina Quality’s commitments towards and satisfying the needs of its clients;
- Expected to make a substantial contribution to the development, implementation and enhancement of internal systems, Medina Quality Food Safety & Quality Assurance Programmes and other business operations.
- Expected to contribute to the sales, marketing and engagement for services of new and existing clients;
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Education & Experience_
- A minimum educational background with a University Bachelor Degree in the fields of **food sciences, microbiology, nutrition, dietetics or other related field.**:
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience with client relations/management, marketing, and business & administrative functions.
- A University Master’s Degree in the fields of business administration, management, marketing or other related field a significant asset.
- Abilities & Skills_
- Excellent interpersonal and cooperative skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical skills including a proven ability to integrate complex information, analyze data, and create reports. Experience with SQL a significant asset.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills in English; written and oral skills in French are an asset
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately create documents, correspondence and presentations, and fulfill all other responsibilities.
- Overall professional, positive, enthusiastic, open-minded, pro-active, innovative, solution and goal-oriented, disciplined, respectful, morally responsible, supportive and caring approach towards their work, Medina Quality, its clients, Mission and team members.
- Available, able and prepared to travel anywhere in the world
RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position reports to the Manager - Client Relationship Management and must have an excellent understanding of the company’s mission and the direction and objectives set by the Chief Operating Officer. Using this information, the person will support and accomplish the company mission and meet the relevant set objectives:
- Manage the overall operations of the company's programmes and ensure Inflight Catering Facilities are audited per established principles of risk and client requirements.
- Performance data analysis.
- Assist with client presentations.
- Initiate investigations from any Foreign Bodies, Food Poisoning Allegations, immediately following the receipt of complaints, according to the applicable process map respectively.
- Prepare monthly client snapshots.
- Manage and maintain the Delta Airlines Flash Audit tracker and follow up with the pertinent people on late submissions.
