**Your daily role**:
Under the responsibility of the quality system director, the position holder will be responsible for the proper functioning of programs and standards related to quality control
- Promote the continuous improvement of the department's tasks and technological tools, with a view to achieving defined objectives;
- Maintain food safety and quality compliance, participate in the preparation of audits (internal/external), interact with inspectors and regulatory authorities and follow up on corrective action requests in collaboration with the various departments;
- Update programs/procedures/work instructions in line with current regulations, check, validate and audit the documentation of the various programs (HACCP, GMP, FSSC22000, WHMIS, BIO, etc.), monitor non-conformities with the various departments concerned;
- Manage and monitor non-compliance related to the plant’s pest control program;
- Monitor and investigate complaints with the various departments concerned (raw materials and finished products).

**Your profile**
- **Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;**:

- ** Training in process technology and food quality, dietetics or equivalent;**:

- ** Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, GMP, BIO etc. standards;**:

- ** Have an approach to continuous improvement and process innovation;**:

- ** Good command of Office suite software and Google environment.**:
