As the Visitor Experience Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each visitor has a memorable and enjoyable experience throughout their journey with us. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the visitor experience, including managing visitor services, developing and implementing strategies to enhance visitor satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

**What you will do**:
Working in the areas of front-line services, retail, catering relations, venue bookings and membership, you will:

- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the visitor experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement educational programs and events that promote visitor engagement.
- Train and mentor, a team of enthusiastic volunteers to ensure they provide excellent service to visitors
- Coordinate and oversee all visitor-related activities, including tours, workshops, and special events
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of visitor experiences
- Collect and analyze visitor feedback to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments
- Implement and maintain visitor information systems and databases
- Oversee all aspects of the visitor experience, including visitor services, admission, and customer service.
- Manage a team of staff to ensure the smooth operation of visitor services.
- Conduct regular evaluations of visitor services and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in visitor experience management.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on visitor statistics and feedback.

**You will offer**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in visitor experience, hospitality or tourism.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with visitors of diverse backgrounds.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Proficiency in managing databases and visitor information systems.
- Knowledge of current trends, developments, and best practices in visitor experience management.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
