**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM software.
- Provide exceptional account management by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote products and services.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in outside sales or business development in construction supplies (Lumber) is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate oneself and others towards achieving goals.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing customer relationships and tracking sales performance.
- Previous experience in account management in construction supplies

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
