**Office Assistant**
AAA Precision Industries is a family-owned and operated Crane and equipment rental company in Edmonton, AB. We are a growing company currently expanding our heavy haul and trucking division. We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team primarily assisting the owner of the company with a wide variety of tasks and help with the day-to-day operations of our office.
**Job Summary**:
The Office Assistant is responsible for assisting the Owner/President with administrative duties and supporting the daily operations of the office. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, organized, has excellent time management skills, and is able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Obtaining quotes over the phone from various vendors
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and directing calls to appropriate parties
- Creating spreadsheets and other tracking
- Keeping office organized
- Communicating with vendors
- Communicating with clients
- Performing other related duties as assigned by Owner of the company
**Qualifications**:
- High School Diploma or GED required;
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Experience in the crane or heavy equipment industry would be an asset but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
**Salary**: $22.00-$30.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Edmonton, AB T5V 1K8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
