**Cranston Homes is a residential construction company, looking for an experienced Office Administrative Assistant.**
**The Opportunity**
**Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Office Administrative Assistant has the following roles and responsibilities**:
- **Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and projects**:
- **Work closely with drafters on creating and editing house plans**:
- **Support for site supervisors**:
- **Assist with work orders for building projects and uploading them on to BuilderTrend**:
- **Maintain (upload, manage, maintain) BuilderTrend documents and forms**:
**Office Administrative Assistant Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Be familiar with the residential construction processes**:
- **Experience working for a home building company considered an asset**:
- **Familiar with the BuilderTrend program is an asset**:
- **Proficient computer skills (most importantly Excel) and ability to operate general office equipment**:
- **Excellent time management skills**:
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**:
- **Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in an office setting**:
- **Strong initiative and the ability to work with mínimal supervision**:
- **Attention to detail**
**Job Types: Full-time, Permanent**
**Schedule**:
- **8 hour shift**:
- **Monday to Friday**
**Education**:
- **Post Secondary School (preferred)**
