- **_National Account Co-ordinator - SM Restore_**

The purpose of this job is to provide support to the Commercial Manager by efficiently managing current and ongoing jobs for our Commercial accounts. Emphasis is being placed on organization, effectiveness, and efficiency.

**What you'll do**:

- Review individual call logs to ensure all calls are dispatched in a timely manner.
- Track all losses for National Account individually using different platforms such as Salesforce and XactAnalysis (XA).
- Keep up to date and Provide Standard Operating Procedures to each Project Manager (PM) to ensure account protocols are being followed.
- Keep constant communication with National Accounts with updates on reports, project status, approvals, etc.
- Liaise between Home Office, Franchises, and National Accounts.
- Problem resolution. Escalate to Commercial Manager when necessary.
- Review estimates and invoices before they are sent to the accounts.
- Collect & process invoices as well as create sales orders as needed.
- Upload invoices to different platforms depending on the account.
- Follow up on outstanding payments.
- Keep National Account Summary file as well as protocols updated and current.
- Update CommercialLINK related files and documents as needed.

- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail, including reviewing and collecting report information from the field and managing invoicing.

- Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships
- Adaptable, and able to work effectively in a variety of settings
- Flexibility with work hours due to the nature of the job, at times will need to respond to emergencies outside of normal business hours if attention is required.
- Works well independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multi-task manage multiple time-sensitive tasks
- Must be able to manage and prioritize a high volume of tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Experience with project operations coordination is an asset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
