Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
**Equipment Management**
- Ensure all new hires and all Team Members have the right equipment and office supplies to properly enable Training and Work From Home
- Manage the return of equipment for all departing employees (shipping label, etc)

**Rewards and Recognition**
- Work with the Supervisors and Managers to ensure active participation our internal employee recognition programs
- Coordinate social and R&R events
- Manage milestone dates for all team members (flowers, e-cards, birthdays, etc)
- Communicate Above & Beyond program winners

**Hiring and On-Boarding**
- Coordinate team members for new hires interviewing
- Ensure team members have the access and IDs required to participate in training
- Keep track of the probationary process
- Assist with coordinating OJT and Job Shadowing post training

**Administrative Tasks**
- Maintain organizational charts and staff lists
- Organize team meetings and comm session schedules
- Work with Customer Relations to send out Surprise & Delight kits to passengers

**Provide Back-Up Assistance For**:

- Payroll submissions
- Health and Safety committee
- Other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service
- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong written communication skills
- Positive customer-focused attitude with excellent organization skills
- Very strong attention to detail
- Proficient in all Google Office products including Gmail
- Mandatory COVID 19 Vaccination
