Office Administrator

Prime Quality Construction Inc. (PQC) is a construction company based in Vernon, British Columbia, Canada, with offices in both Edmonton and Calgary, Alberta. PQC has been in business since 2005, and we have successfully completed projects from the oil sands of Alberta to the ports of British Columbia and everywhere in between.

PQC is currently looking to hire an Administrator to join our team at our head office in Vernon, British Columbia. This position requires someone who is detail oriented, self-motivated and works well within a team-oriented environment.
**Job Details**:
- Creating invoice for various projects
- Bookkeeping
- Data entry
- Support project team in day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operation of project
- Support HR administrative functions
- Other duties as required
**Knowledge and Skill Requirements**:
- Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration
- Experience in booking, accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting software an asset
- Understanding of accounting and financial systems
- Highly effective verbal communication skills
- Excellent written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain effective working relationships
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple projects
- High degree of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
**Experience/Qualifications**:
- 1-2 years experience in construction industry
- 1-2 years experience in administration
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration
