**Customer Service/Sales/Office Representative**
We are looking for a Customer Service/Sales Representative with Office Administrative Experience. Our office hours are 9-3 Monday through Thursday, 9-12 Friday. This is a job share position so hours will be approximately 15 hours a week as well as holiday relief.

Someone who has the capacity and willingness to problem solve;
Someone who is very reliable as this is a one person office;
**What Qualifications are we looking for**?
Experience with Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel;
Experience or willing to participate in Inside/Outside Sales;
Experience in Customer Service and Order Desk
Valid Driver’s License, Clean Drivers Abstract, Clean Criminal Record Check.
**Duties**:
Sales and Marketing;
Filing, Ordering, Receiving and Stock Control;
Invoicing, Receiving Payments, Bank Deposits, Collections;
Delivery of Office Supplies to Local Customers
