Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Growmore Workforce Inc. as an Office Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and budgetary controls.
- Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including resolving conflict situations.
Requirements
- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Experience an asset.
Work Environment
Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
