**The Opportunity**:
Are you a dynamic, results-driven leader passionate about shaping go-to-market strategies? Join us as a **Sales Strategy Manager** and play a key role in driving retail strategy and activation across all our brands.

**What Your Impact Will Be**:

- ** Strategic Account Planning**:

- Develop long-term account plans using shopper and customer data.
- Implement activation plans and align promotional programs with brand priorities.
- Coordinate key product meetings and strategic account materials with sales.
- ** Promotional Planning**:

- Lead retail promotional strategies and executions in partnership with NAMs.
- Manage promotional calendars, track marketing investments, and conduct post-mortems.
- ** Digital Strategy & Merchandising**:

- Drive and execute digital strategies for our online presence.
- Oversee Retail Media relationships and negotiate online brand programs.
- ** Organizational Alignment**:

- Bridge communication between Sales and Marketing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive planning and execution.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing, sales, trade marketing, e-commerce, or related areas.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
- Expertise in customer marketing, e-commerce, and retail media.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.
- Creative, innovative, and growth mindset.
