Senior Sales Strategy Manager

- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, informing sales strategy development.
- Performance Management: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Education: University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive Salary: €70,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Bonus Structure: Eligible for annual bonus based on individual and team performance.
