Erinwood Ford Sales, a reputable Automotive Dealership located in Mississauga, is seeking a dynamic and experienced New Vehicle Sales Manager to join our team. As a premier Ford dealership, we take pride in offering top-notch customer service and delivering quality vehicles to our valued customers. We are looking for a motivated individual who can lead our New Vehicle Sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the new vehicle sales team to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Train, mentor, and coach sales staff to enhance their performance and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Excellent follow-up, Sales Closing and retention abilities.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and marketing, to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring prompt and professional service.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in automotive sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive sales techniques, products, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office products, CDK and CRM Applications
