Started in 2006, we have successfully established 3 market leading brands (Caledon Farms, Crumps Naturals AND Dog Delights) distributed throughout Canada and the United States. The Crump Group Inc., a large & rapidly growing pet food manufacturer based in Mississauga Ontario and Nashville North Carolina is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented **Sales/Go-to-Market Strategy Manager**.

**Role scope**:
Develop go-to-market strategies to bring our brands to life in-store across all channels in the US and Canada. Work with retailers’ retail media agencies to execute strong omnichannel activations. Have a deep understanding of both sales and marketing to be the strategic partner for both departments to align brand priorities with customer strategies. Push beyond the local Canadian market to influence international market entry and leading-edge innovation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Bring strategies to life through go-to-market plans and well-constructed execution
- Develop product and customer mix strategies that maximizes growth and resource allocation
- Be accountable for Retail Media budget, strategy & execution of customer-specific activities
- Lead integrated planning across S&OP+ and annual planning
- Own omnichannel activation and performance metrics in partnership with our Digital team
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop creative, innovation launches, and in-store experience in accordance with brand guidelines
- Manage sales tools, displays and in-store experience
- Support Sales with annual JBP’s, sell stories and materials
- Champion consumer journey and sales fundamentals
- Responsible for coaching & development of others

- Experience driving data-led insights to action and comfort with strategy vs. tactics
- Deep understanding of how brand strategy is represented in retail and experiential environments

**Required Experience**:

- Sales / account management experience
- Shopper marketing experience
- Cross-functional team leadership experience
- Experience in brand marketing an asset
- Experience with category management / market research an asset
- Experience in fast moving consumer goods an asset

**You have**
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- 5-7 years’ relevant experience in CPG industry
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; Adobe suite an asset
