**What You’ll Do**:
**Accounts Payable Management**
- Process and verify vendor purchase orders and invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
- Manage vendor relations, maintaining updated records and resolving any account discrepancies.
- Prepare regular payment runs (checks, Bill Payments, EFT, ACH, wire transfers) and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliations and report compilation.

**Inventory Control**
- Oversee inventory transactions, including receipts, transfers, and adjustments in the ERP system.
- Conduct routine cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, and compile KPI reports.
- Assist with documenting and verifying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to inventory management.

**Additional Responsibilities**
- Provide weekly finance team updates on progress and performance.
- Support general office administration and manage office supply levels.
- Serve as a backup for various accounting tasks as needed.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

**What You’ll Need**:

- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience (accounting experience would be an asset).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Some experience using an ERP system.
- Experience in handling global currency transactions is an asset.
