Sales Account Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Develops new customers and achieves sales target.
- Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities; coordinating new business development activities; developing customized targeted sales strategies.
- Building business relationships with current and potential clients.
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
- Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
- Creating informative presentations; presenting and delivering information to potential clients at client meetings, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information.
- Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process.
- Meeting all quotas for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals.
- Collaborating with senior management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short
- and long-term business development plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience preferably in computer industry but not necessary.
- Comfortable in high paced, performance-based matrix driven environment.
- Eager, driven and self-motivated individual with hunter and sales hungry mind set.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to make cold calls, connect, and interact with potential customers with proven track records of high closing ratios
- Persuasive, persistent and ability to influence business decision makers.
- Passionate, energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor.
- Minimum of 3 years of cold calling experience; previous experience in an outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience; knowledgeable about sales cycle process.
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and with teams.
- An interest in Computers and refurbished industry, and a genuine passion for our products will be invaluable.
- Spanish speaking is an added asset but not a requirement.
- A good knowledge and understanding of the technical aspects for the following:

- MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

**Expected Output**:
Meet on time delivery of production and KPIs.

Ensure quality of work on a consistent basis.

Work in a team environment

Identify any potential continuous process improvement initiatives

**Hours of Work**:
Mon - Fri (8:45am-5:30pm)

Note: This position requires flexibility. At times incumbents may be required to work outside the normal working hours to meet the needs of the high
- volume business seasons.

**Base Salary**: /year + Commission

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$47,000.00 per year
