Account Manager

Overview:
**Duties**:

- Develop and implement strategic account plans to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact throughout the immigration process.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' immigration goals and requirements.
- Coordinate the delivery of immigration services, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with internal teams, including legal experts and administrative staff, to facilitate seamless service delivery.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, seeking solutions that align with both client expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Update customer information, and monitor account performance.
- Demonstrate leadership by effectively analyzing market data, communicating with clients, and negotiating contracts.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales roles.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to analyze market trends and communicate effectively with clients.
- Excellent negotiation skills to close deals and maintain profitable relationships.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
