Our breakthrough multi-patented technology re-invents the aluminum-air battery as a ‘galvanic generator’- potentially providing four times the energy density of lithium-ion batteries.

We are now developing an innovative long-life energy source that runs on post-consumer scrap, or “abandoned” aluminum, as a fuel source - displacing hydrocarbons, and complementing other battery solutions such as lithium-ion.

Based at our Sarnia location and reporting to our HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks related to human resources.

You will understand that in this role you will be required to maintain a very high level of confidentiality. You will interact with employees, management, investors, suppliers, customers, and the public, consistent with the values of the company.

- Providing support for various HR functions (time and attendance system; recruitment and, company programs and initiatives)
- Support HR compliance by helping with policy updates, documentation, and other HR-related tasks.
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Maintain accurate and timely filing of human resource correspondence.
- Support multiple teams with meeting minutes, project tasks, and presentations.
- Generate reports and analytics as required by the team.
- Provide general resources support to the Staff.
- Organize, maintain, and update internal databases with digital personnel records of relevant employee information, invoices, receipts, and office records.
- Enter and maintain HR data in various software systems.
- Generate HR reports and analytics as needed.
- Assist in creating and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Assist various departments in collecting and disseminating information to support special projects related to Manufacturing, Research & Development, H&S, and Communications, among others.
- Create and review technical documentation, including project plans, and design documents.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- A Minimum of 2-5 years of Related Experience is Required.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- Critical Thinker: Proactive in addressing problematic situations.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a busy environment with multiple interruptions.
- Capable of multi-tasking, and able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Extremely detail-oriented.
- Able to interface directly with cross-functional teams.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite. MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint.
- A well-defined sense of diplomacy, conflict resolution, and people management skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with other departments and key partners.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

**Compensation**
