Dental Office Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the office
- Supervise and provide guidance to office staff
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity within the office
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients or clients
- Maintain and update patient or client records using electronic medical records systems
- Handle billing and insurance claims processing
- Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment
- Assist with human resources tasks, such as hiring, training, and performance evaluations
**Skills**:
- knowledge of dental office procedures
- Experience in supervising staff and managing a team
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as Abeldent or similar software
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle various responsibilities simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients or clients, as well as other healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience working in a dental office is preferred
**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
