**Qualifications**:

- University Degree in a related field, post-secondary education in Human Resources required
- Experience in Human Resources preferred

**Principal Duties**:
This is an entry level position, responsible for a wide range of support activities to the HR team including:

- Addressing daily queries from managers and employees pertaining to Human Resources issues
- Health Human Resources strategy
- Labour Relations, including grievance administration, committee meeting support, seniority lists
- HRIS and scheduling software, including reports and completion of surveys
- Manages reports and conducts analysis on key performance indicators
- Assist in development of policies and procedures
- Assists in quality improvement projects as required
- Ensure compliance with Collective Agreements, Hospital policy and procedures and employment legislation
- Administrative duties in all HR areas as required
