Duties & Responsibilities:
**As a Receptionist/Office Administrator you will be responsible for the following**:

- Greet visitors to the office and respond to all incoming calls.
- Work in office/ on-site 9-5 Monday to Friday.
- Route incoming faxes to appropriate recipients.
- Process courier and regular mail services.
- Provide administrative support to various departments.
- Process all gift card orders and follow up with guest’s questions and concerns regarding their order.
- Perform TACIT functions.
- Maintain boardrooms and meeting rooms.
- Coordinate catering for internal meetings.
- Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:

- 2+ years in a receptionist role or have extensive customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Post-secondary education is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
