Key Skills and Qualifications:

- Prior experience in an administrative capacity within healthcare or rehabilitation settings.
- Demonstrated capability in efficiently managing multiple administrative tasks.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in the MS Office Suite.
- Familiarity with bookkeeping and financial software preferred.
- Knowledge of Practice Perfect and HCAI considered advantageous.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring efficient workflow.
- Meticulous attention to detail and proactive task handling.
- Effective team player with a positive demeanor.
- Dedicated to upholding confidentiality and ethical standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing office operations and various administrative tasks.
- Coordinating client appointments and managing scheduling logistics.
- Assisting in billing processes and organizing financial documentation.
- Ensuring completion of client forms and liaising with insurance companies on behalf of clients to facilitate seamless transactions and resolve related issues promptly.
- Delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
- Collaborating closely with team members to maintain a smooth workflow.

**Salary**: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
