As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in our continued growth by sourcing top talent, refining policies and procedures, and fostering a supportive environment. You’ll have the help of a collaborative team, committed to improving the way we work, everyday.

As a Talent & Culture Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Duties**:

- Providing day-to-day admin support, including managing HR files, records, and documentation, conducting regular audits to uphold accuracy and compliance, and answering employee questions
- Aiding the Talent & Culture team in formulating policies, procedures, and changes, and effectively communicating any updates with employees
- Conducting research for new initiatives, preparing presentations as needed, and gathering and analyzing statistical data to support decision-making processes
- Supporting the planning and execution of HR initiatives like employee engagement surveys, company outings and events, and organizational training and development

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Human Resources Management
- Minimum of 1 year of previous HR experience, with a focus in recruitment and HR administration
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen eye for detail
- Strong organizational and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy, good judgment, and initiative

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Proficiency in BC employment law, including the BC Employment Standards Act

**Compensation**:
For this position, the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD**$55,000** and **$65,000** per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. LMG's compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit-based approach that acknowledges the performance of both the individual and the team.
