As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and office area. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by maintaining order, improving efficiency, and supporting our logistics operations.

As a Logistics Coordinator, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Duties**:

- Maintain a well-organized, clean, and tidy warehouse and office space, setting an example for others.
- Transfer items between our two offices and perform supply runs as needed using our company vehicle.
- Receive and sort incoming mail and packages from couriers efficiently.
- Track, update, and manage our inventory system for seamless operations.
- Disassemble and organize both legacy and current computer hardware.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep our facilities safe and in top shape.
- Take the initiative to implement systems that enhance efficiency, productivity, and organization.

**Requirements**:

- A great sense of humor and a "get it done" attitude.
- Possession of a valid class 5 license.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of current and legacy computer hardware with the ability to assemble and disassemble PCs.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, communication, and planning skills.
- The capacity to take initiative, work proactively, and follow directions effectively.
- Ability to collaborate with and motivate team members to maintain a sense of urgency and purpose in their work.
- Openness to constructive criticism and a willingness to improve.
- Forklift training is a bonus, and any additional trade skills or 3D printing skills are a plus.

**Compensation**:
For this position the typical hiring salary range falls between CAD**$50,000** and **$62,000** per year. The base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job related qualifications such as knowledge, skills and experience. LMG's compensation structure is rooted in a performance and merit based approach that acknowledges performance of both the individual and the team.
