We are recruiting for an administrative assistant at our North York Campus**. **The individual must be motivated to work in a multi-tasking environment, be customer-service oriented, and reliable.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure smooth and efficient overall day-to-day operation of the Registration / Administration Office
- Interact directly with the campus supervisors on strategies to improve registration and administrative policies and procedures.
- Control enrollment in courses. Compile information, verify and update timetables and calendar entries. Maintain a current file of courses, calendars, programs, students, and graduates.
- Verify student information and maintain an efficient system for students’ accounts.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
- Serve as a liaison between parents and teachers.
- Help the school maintain good relations with parents and the external community.
- Order office supplies and ensure each staff member has the necessary materials.
- Provide administrative assistants with ongoing coaching, training, and development.

Requirements**:Fluency in English and Mandarin. Cantonese an asset.**
- Excellent presentation, communication, time management and organizational skills
- Familiarity with the Ontario education system, Microsoft Office, Google Ducs, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Salary: $16.00-20.00 /hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
